News from May & June, 2025 --> 12 possible conversation starters - Topics of life and death that can be shared individually with those who think they are well-informed about current health matters.
Here are twelve “Did you knows” in an a quasi ‘guessing game’ format that might be of interest to some — maybe at company or community league picnics or extended family gatherings over the course of the summer?
Or, one or two can be clipped out at a time and sent around to journalists, employee benefit plan officials, health insurance agents, Senators, MPs, MLAs and municipal councillors and/or other decision makers every few weeks. Ask yourself why someone formerly doing “foresight work” for the world’s largest group of tech corporations was chosen to lead the government branch which seeks to map out Canada’s future directions when it comes to medical uses of AI. Does the use of the term “revolving door” fit this situation? Is the intent of the position to implement what corporations have already mapped out as to their desired policy outcomes? Who drafted Bill C-5 or any other bills that were recently presented for first reading? Could staff at Policy Horizons Canada been involved in some capacity?
To what degree does the rapid passage of Bill C-5 open the door to Canadian patients being mined for their data once they seek health care?
Two years ago, Lisa Miron pointed readers to “The European Health Data Space” warning:
“TEHDAS supports EU member states and the European Commission in building a European health data space by developing principles for the crossborder secondary use of health data. The data space will form the framework for data use, underpinned by EU legislation.”
This organization rather than voters, and materially, rather than individuals, decide how the EU citizen’s data is USED, to whom it is shared and for what purpose. THEN TEHDAS also tells the MEPs the legislation they need to get approved. Nothing is left to chance.
The question must be asked… WHY were questions around how Policy Horizons Canada findings may be implemented and how Canadian medical professionals are to be regulated post C-5 NOT discussed prior to the forced vote on that bill?
Will the “service” of medical care be nationally regulated as “barriers” are removed? Imagine ALL health professionals in the country being regulated by the equivalent of the tone-deaf, club-heavy CPSO (Ontario’s biggest medical college) and following the polices now implemented in BC. See the draconian BC Health Professions Act that was also, like C-5, rapidly pushed through without providing time for elected officials to provide proper scrutiny.
Then imagine, all health professionals who see no option but to conscientiously object to such terms end up dropping out. This provides a HUGE SERVICE GAP that can, magically, just happen to be filled by AI driven technology, leading to ROBO-care instead of Health care nation wide. Or, imagine one step further, that multiple artificially created health care crises can be just part of the greater OMNI War, wearing down citizens on all fronts such that they end up tired of the battle and acquiesce to a global governance regime that will somehow “solve” each of the global crises by ‘streamlining resource allocation’ and ‘harvesting the benefits of emerging technologies’ while ‘mitigating risks’ and ‘rationalizing service delivery’ (Imagine these or other positive sounding euphemisms for what is already increasingly going on…censorship, financial restrictions, imprisonment, euthanasia, etc.)

On another note, investigative journalists might wish to check the lobbyist records of biometric surveillance companies. Have they been urging MPs and Senators to open the door to expanded markets for them by means of Bill C-5, C-2 (the border bill) and others?
Also for further investigation, what is the interplay between citizen’s right to privacy and informed consent? Have companies with this or similar product lines been summoned to House of Commons/Senate committees with a mandate to examine how manufacturers are planning to account for fully informed consent when it comes to biometric data gathering in public and private spaces? Are nursing homes considered public or private spaces? How well informed are nursing home directors of the potential for this type of non-consensual data gathering & privacy violation should they be asked to implement such technologies? Are there examples of funding grants tied to mandatory implementation of “innovative” or “novel” technologies? When before might nursing home directors have been threatened with funding decreases if they chose not to implant certain top-down policy directives?

#2. US TERRORIST WATCH AGENCIES ON ALERT FOR COVID MASK AND VACCINE COMPLAINERS
In December 2021 the US Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, and the National Counterterrorism Center redefined domestic extremism. The US based organization RECLAIM THE NET presents the result of freedom of information requests as follows:
“Gone were the days when such warnings targeted people who, say, mailed pipe bombs. Now, if you complained about your kid being forced into a cloth mask or dared mention the possibility that the government might have botched the vaccine rollout, you just might be on a watchlist.”

The documents, obtained through a freedom of information request by Public and Catherine Herridge, gave federal agents carte blanche to initiate what they called “assessments.” That’s intelligence-speak for: “We’re going to poke around your life now, no warrant necessary.” The threshold? Low. Very low. Just enough to trip over a tweet or a protest sign.
What were the red flags? Things like “opposition to mask mandates,” “concerns about vaccine safety for children,” and an all-purpose accusation that someone believed mandates were “government overreach.”
A close look at the documents show government security officials combined race (and in one case gender based violence) related calls as well as the January 6 event with opposition to COVID-19 mandates.

#3. US SUPREME COURT DECIDES NOT TO HEAR CASE RE: GOVERNMENT-SOCIAL MEDIA COLLUSION/CENSORSHIP
Mark Zuckerberg had earlier testified that the US government pressured him to program Facebook/Meta to make sure that some patient groups and some medical specialists could not have their posts go through? However, the US Supreme Court chose not to hear the case of a US patient advocacy group trying to get a legal challenge going about what it describes as “collusion between Meta and federal agencies aimed at suppressing constitutionally protected speech.” .

#5. ALBERTA TO CHARGE SOME RESIDENTS FOR COVID-19 INJECTIONS
EDMONTON — Alberta's government announced Friday residents who are not immunocompromised or on social programs will soon have to pay to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
In a late afternoon news release, the government said that since provinces took over responsibility for procuring the shots from federal authorities in April, it has wanted to cut down on waste and recoup costs.
It said an estimated one million COVID-19 vaccine doses, or just over half of Alberta's supply, were not used during the 2023-2024 respiratory virus season. It said $135 million worth of shots were wasted.
"Now that Alberta’s government is responsible for procuring vaccines, it’s important to better determine how many vaccines are needed to support efforts to minimize waste and control costs," the province said.
"This new approach will ensure Alberta’s government is able to better determine its overall COVID-19 vaccine needs in the coming years, preventing significant waste."
The government said it hasn't been determined how much Albertans would pay, but an estimated cost to procure each shot is $110.

It is a relief to see that the COVID-19 vaccine IS NOT appearing on the current Alberta childhood vaccine schedule.
But why not hyperlink each vaccine on the list to a source like this one, produced without any Big-Pharma backing. Parents need to be able to understand how “the experts” have come to make those recommendations. Why has this document not been updated since March 2025? And why, given all the referenced elsewhere (1300+ studies) were people still thinking in March 2025, that this is a good idea?

#6. NEWSWEEK STILL PUBLISHING MEDICAL MISINFORMATION WHILE INVOLVED IN CORPORATE B2B PROMOTION
While Newsweek claims to be “committed to journalism that’s factual and fair”, an article written May 29, 2025 entitled What RFK Jr. Has Said About COVID Vaccines is neither factual nor fair.
This response to that article points out that while the author is considered to be a specialist in ‘global misinformation studies’, he is lacking in scientific acumen and making a series of statements without factually backing them up.
Why did you get a misinfo writer (Tom Norton) to do the May 29 piece about the halt to mRNA injections for kids and in pregnancy? He demonstrated that misinfo writers ignore the evidence in favour of unsupported ad hominem attacks. Learn more @ https://www.call2halt19.ca.
When comparing the content of the article with the listing of peer-reviewed and published scientific articles that are included with the Call2Halt19.ca Open Letter, one can clearly see how a journalist specialized in “global misinformation studies” takes in information through a filter of trust, instead of through a critical lens.
There seems to be no pressure from the editorial staff at Newsweek that journalists provide supporting evidence for their claims. There is no evidence that Tom Norton, truly “fact checked” the claims he makes in this article.
From the first paragraph to the last, Norton maintains a judgemental and accusatory tone. This judgment is clearly one-sided, directed against Robert F. Kennedy Jr. but not at, for example, the CDC’s former stance that COVID-19 injections are “crucial” for the protection of mothers and infants. Norton does not reference or critically assess any data the CDC may have used to come to that conclusion. It is unclear why any news publication would seek to publish an article on a scientific topic without ensuring that its author understands the material. Here are questions that can be directed to every journalist assigned to cover stories related to mRNA based COVID-19 injections:
Are you aware of how mRNA based COVID-19 vaccines work? (ie. Do you know what is “novel” about them, as compared to earlier types of vaccines?)
Do you know that they are to trigger the production of trillions of synthetic and foreign spike protein by the cells of the body that happen to be adjacent to the mRJA instructions as they leave the confines of the fat bubble (lipid nanoparticle) that transported them possibly to every organ and tissue type in the body?
Are you aware that the spike protein component of the SARS-CoV-2 virus was identified as part of the virus that, when isolated, was responsible for most of the inflammatory response in tissue culture? (In other words, someone, somewhere decided that to ‘protect’ the vulnerable from COVID-19, we are to inject them with the instructions to make the very part of the virus that is the most dangerous, instead of injecting them with instructions to make any other component of the virus which could still trigger an immune response while not causing such harm?)
Do you understand what happens following injection?
Are you aware that because the instructions are packaged in the lipid bubbles they can pass through the placental barrier and the blood brain barrier? So not only can these instructions travel through the bloodstream to the brain and all other organs of the mother, they can do the same within the fetus.
Are you aware that there are now over 3500 published peer reviewed studies documenting the adverse effects of the gene-based mRNA COVID injections?
Imagine throwing sand into an engine. That can be the effect if all of the estimated 30 trillion sets of instructions are activated simultaneously. Pathologists charged with doing autopsies of suddenly deceased healthy individuals have long shown evidence of cells, veins and arteries collapsing from the inside out as countless spike protein are produced in different areas of the body. The reason young athletes were collapsing very early on was that their strong circulatory systems were rapidly causing widespread diffusion of spike protein instructions throughout their entire bodies and all throughout their cardiac tissue.
Imagine dandelion seeds spreading in the breeze. Some land in optimal soil and soon grown into new plants. Others take longer to settle into place. While in its “natural” state, spike protein is easily digested and eliminated from the body, “vaccine-induced” spike protein has been adulterated to last much longer, such that some is still being found in some people for nearly two years after their latest injection. So this is why people who are now experiencing a range of adverse effects, up to three years after injection, may not realize there could be a temporal and causative connection to the COVID-19 vaccines.
Moving forward, every journalist tasked with writing any more articles related to COVID-19 injections, vaccine injuries, injury compensation, or any related policies or pronouncements coming from any of the health agencies, advisory bodies, etc. should be aware of:

This information is finally become more accessible. Since January 2020, it was consistently decried as false, shadow banned, deleted from media platforms and otherwise removed from the “mainstream” public domain. As a result, journalists, health policy officials and medical professionals were falsely being encouraged to stay far away from it.
Readers who now willingly take on the challenge of actually accessing this information will find that they are not alone. Many of the people now sharing this information “bought into” the public health messaging about the need to “roll up your sleeve” in order to receive this “lifesaving” and “safe and effective” product. They may also have a guilty conscience having recommended the product to loved ones, possibly with deleterious effects. No one can undo the past. It is moving forward with an improved understanding that matters.
Newsweek and AI
Since April 2024, journalists writing for Newsweek have been encouraged to use generative AI tools to draw up first drafts of articles. Given that AI tools are programmed to extract data from select sources, the old adage “garbage in, garbage out” applies. Assuming Norton relied on generative AI in the writing of this article, had he directed the web crawling extraction tool to pull information out of the sources used by Kennedy Jr. for the writing of his critical appraisal of Dr. Anthony Fauci his article would have read much differently.

B2B Marketing and the News Business
In 2025, Newsweek reported that, according to Comscore, its U.S. readership increased by 45 percent compared to the previous year.[53]The publication was ranked No. 2 in overall growth in the U.S. by Similarweb’s annual Digital 100 Report for 2024.[54] To further diversify revenue, Newsweek has expanded into business-to-business advertising and launched an events division in 2023. It has also built a rankings division, its fastest-growing segment in the past two years, which is monetized through brand licensing and which contributed 13% of total revenue in 2024. Content syndication added another 16%.[52]
In June 2025, Newsweek acquired Adprime, an adtech firm specializing in healthcare marketing, as part of its expansion into the health sector. The acquisition included a demand-side platform and data services intended to support targeted advertising across Newsweek's healthcare content. The move contrasted with broader industry trends of divestment from adtech and aligned with Newsweek's strategy to increase business-to-business revenue through its health vertical.[55]

Note that “Canada’s Trusted News Leader”, the Canadian Press, also has a side business in corporate marketing. We have yet to see an iron-clad set of policies ensuring that what is profitable for the marketing side does NOT cause bias and interference on the news-telling side of the business. Just like in the case of Newsweek, we continue seeing articles which clearly promote medical mis/disinformation in the form of product propaganda. These dealt with the September 2024 Health Canada announcement of Moderna products.)

Many leading provincial or territorial health officials were claiming that pregnant women were approved for, even recommended to take the COVID-19 injections and that such injections would be safe and effective. Yet Drs. Tam and Henry were “caught red handed”. Dated recordings and other data show that while they were making these claims, THEY HAD INFORMATION IN THEIR POSSESSION that a) did not support those claims & b) indicated the possibility of harms! And yet, neither official had enough integrity to walk back from these unsubstantiated claims and talking points handed to her for dissemination.
The countless letters, emails, phone calls and attempted visits by countless Canadian medical and scientific specialists, informed laypeople, open letters and petitions were directed at our top health official. All were sent in an effort to open Dr. Tam’s eyes to the fact that she, PHAC, the CDC, FDA, WHO etc. had been captured by pharmaceutical (and as it turned out later also by military) interests.

In December 2021 most, if not all, corporate backed media outlet were running stories about how horrific regional COVID-19 outbreaks were and how uninformed and irresponsible vaccine dissenters were to stubbornly refuse the shots and worse yet, to provide others with reasons not to take the shots as well. The international independent scientific community tried franticly to get the word out and shared the following recommendations:
Do not vaccinate during a pandemic, that only drives variants.
Build immunity naturally, via vitamin D for example.
Understand that by “teaching” the body how to “make spike protein” you are opening up a Pandora’s box as there is no way to know how many spike protein would be made, where they might travel and what could happen once they cross blood brain and other barriers.
Understand how the blood clotting mechanism is engaged and how the resulting blood clots relate to trillions of excess spike protein in the body being valiantly fought off by immune cells. Understand also the consequences of temporarily depleting one’s own store of immune cells because what is essentially an unnecessary intervention.
Understand that injecting something into the blood stream, to fight a virus that enters via the respiratory system, is like putting guards into the basement while leaving the door wide open to thieves to get into the house. Instead, use saline nasal rinses to rinse out any pathogens that may be trapped inside the fine hairs of the nose when you return from being out among the public where airborne transmission of any pathogen could be a possibility.

Meanwhile, government bureaucracies, not known for their scientific acumen, pushed for the use of "influencers” to encourage young people to consent to getting injected.
According to the New York Times, the White House and certain states are recruiting an “influencer army” of Twitch streamers, YouTubers and TikTokers to help dispel vaccine lies and encourage their young fans to get inoculated. Young people have the lowest vaccination rates of any eligible age group in the United States, with 58 percent of people ages 12 to 17 still without their first shot.
Primary among the targeted “influencers” were the most popular musicians, athletes, movie stars, along with members of the British Royal Family. This week, UK Princess Catherine (Kate Middleton) had the dubious honour of being included, once again, in the weekly updates by Professor of Media, Culture, and Communication at New York University, Dr. Mark Crispin Miller. Miller has been doing what the celebrity fan press has not - bravely listing up weekly reports of “medical issues” rapidly befalling the influencer class, especially when it is known or highly probable that such influencers had been led to believe it was their duty to lead the pack, and allow their bodies to be used for this social movement. #11. HEAD OF TOP US HEALTH INSTITUTE OUTLINES PLANNED CHANGES TO DRUG TRIALS, VACCINE INJURY TRACKING, INJURY COMPENSATION AND MORE
In a wide-ranging conversation with the host of the Tucker Carlson Network, US head of Health and Human Services was asked about the pharmaceutical industry’s reactions to planned changes around vaccine research and approvals, vaccine injury reporting and compensation and future directions for the department.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. explained to Tucker Carlson that while the Democratic Party and the mainstream media have been expressing opposition to proposed changes, the pharmaceutical industry “know[s] they were getting away with things” but that that era has passed. Kennedy Jr. explained that there have been many “perverse incentives” that promoted keeping people ill instead of helping them become healthy. Pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, even physicians, earn less money on healthy people than they do on those who develop chronic illnesses.
Kennedy Jr. explained that when it comes to the safety and efficacy of childhood vaccinations, and the concern about a possible autism link, the Institute of Medicine had long been calling for observational studies, retrospective studies and epidemiological studies for all childhood vaccines. Under RFK Jr. this requirement will be addressed. Previously, except for COVID-19 injections, no other vaccines were consistently tested against a placebo. In response to Carlson’s question about the recent firing of members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) Kennedy Jr. told Carlson about the widespread conflicts of interest inherent in the existing committee. Ninety percent of the 17 members were found to have had undisclosed conflicts of interest (such as research funding provided by the same company seeking approval, as one example.) RFK Jr. explained that throughout their entire history, ACIP members authorized every vaccine placed before them instead of critically appraising each candidate and rejecting any without full and positive risk benefit analyses, etc. In Kennedy Jr’s mind, ACIP members were “just sock puppets” promoting pharmaceutical company interests for personal gain.
According to Kennedy Jr., the National Institutes of Health (NIH) proposes a vaccine structure, the pharmaceutical companies develop it, and then push it through ACIP. Once a certain vaccine is listed on the childhood schedule, it is guaranteed a steady supply of customers and a billion dollars in revenue annually. Of the 69 vaccines now mandated in the US from pre-birth to the age of 18, a number are related to diseases for which the vast majority of children and youth are not at risk or diseases that are not contagious. Kennedy Jr. cited the Hepatitis B vaccine given to newborns in the USA. While babies born to mothers with the illness should be treated for this infection, he stated the risk of newborns in general contracting Hepatitis B is one in 7 million. In the meantime, frequent injections with different vaccines take a toll on children’s immune systems.
When asked for his opinion on one or the other vaccine type, RFK Jr. stated that his personal opinions are irrelevant, that it is more important that the HHS ensures studies are done and that opinions are then formed on uncompromised evidence. He stated: “The studies done by my agency were substandard and not designed to answer that question [i.e. the question about vaccine safety.]”
