All of this is going on in the TOTAL ABSENCE of mainstream media who are obviously still strangled by the idea that the best way to fight so-called misinformation is to totally ignore the evidence. This flies in the face of the Global Declaration on Information Integrity Online that Canada initiated and that was posted in October 2023, which states that to counter disinformation we need to "Promote and respect pluralistic media and journalism, and protect access to media content". So if you can drop a line to others to invite them to take a peek at the expert and lay person testimonies running all day, you are doing your part to help counter disinformation!

BOMBSHELLS so far:

- a single CBC email completely shut down the voice of a former ON Chief Officer of Public Health (Dr. George Chabas)

- a sitting SK MLA testified that there was no government discussion re: the imposition of the Vax mandate for government employees at all. It was simply mandated right after a meeting between the SK, AB, ON etc. Premiers and PM Justin Trudeau. (MLA Nadine Wilson)

- a gasterenterologist who regularly did clinical trials with the FDA was completely shut out when she started showing how to test for COVID in the stool, and what the impact of COVID and COVID vax on the body's intestinal flora, and how to treat COVID outside of the vax (Dr. Sabine Hazan)

- the former research director of the Human Genome Project ran us through the process and the proof of DNA getting into the human cancer cells (i.e. the latest update on the research in the field) (Kevin McKernan)

- one of the many investigators of the Pfizer clinical trial data shared a whack of info re: what Pfizer knew and didn't share when re: the inordinate implact of the mRNA injection on WOMEN (Dr. Robert Chandler)

- the most widely active fetal/maternal health specialist shared data showing how the mRNA injections have the greatest injury to kill rate of any medical intervention ever before. HOLD ON TO YOUR HORSES when you hear this - the numbers are mind boggling. (Dr. James Thorp)

Day 2 started with Dr. Tess Lawrie who consulted for the WHO, and worked with someone there to gather the data on early antiviral treatment for COVID-19 which had a long time stellar safety profile.

a repository of the largest collection of video testimony sworn under oath about the COVID crisis. This is Canada’s contribution to fighting tyranny around the world.

SHEENA CLARKE:

Longterm care night charge nurse in New Brunswick, 20 years in nursing

saw a lot of fear in the pandemic,

• TVs of 24/7 spouting fear

• a lot of the residents were confused, depressed wanted to die because they were so lonely

• no COVID in the facility

• learned about PPE from Sara epidemic (were told to reuse 2 masks a week)

• patients so fearful they would wear masks to bed

• memos every single day (with notices like Stop sharing condiments immediately, can’t bring lunch fro the superstar, but you can bring coffee in

• used to enjoy giving vaccines early in her career

• had suspected that something was up, was aware of a lot of lobbying going on

• had someone tell her “wait until you see what will happen in the fall” (almost in response to her comments

• Memos pushing “it’s only 2 weeks, it’s only 3 weeks…. always lengthened

• Jan 2021 vaccine started being pushed on residents

• She had a religious exemption, and was happy the residents were going to get a vaccne

• She noticed a few issues, but was telling herself that the WHO would surely work things out

• the day after the shots, residents would wake up short of breath (typically slept all night) Asked for puffers (days to weeks after)

• non-radiating chest pain but no sign of heart attack, burning in chest

• low bloodpressure, pulses up at 150

• doctor said just give them fluid, let them rest

• then it progressed, more people complaining about the same thing.

• seizures with no seiz

• fainting, TIAs (transient chemic attacks) in the weeks and months following

• changes in the blood work, that she never changed before, didn’t know what these meant (odd numbers way out of range MCHC, MCC, low white blood cell count)

• raised an alarm “I think maybe something is going on” (wrote on doctors’ board)

• I recognized the knowledge gap. We were not educated in vaccine injury - I looked into research was more aware.

• not too many people understand what we were seeing, there was no good reporting system

• called public health. They only responded to anaphylactic shock within 15 min, 24 hours. When she said in a couple of days. They then asked if she was the desgingated person for reporting. Said the vaccine was safe and effective.

Q: did you know who the designated person was?

Yes, we were all kind of scared.

After the second shot (also a frozen one, just like the first)

• fainting

• 300-400% increase in infections (jumped from 3 to 14 infections that did not go away with one round of antibiotics, needed more than one round) lungs, skin, blood, bladder)

• enjoyed the area of epigenetic (stressors and toxins try to escape the body) Thought maybe the body was trying to remove infections

• negative covid tests amon

• 3-5 sick calls a day from staff (tired, migraines, throwing up, one even felt her brain was swelling, nurses having heavy painful periods to get them to call in)

• DVT deep vein thrombosis,

• heart attacks and strokes

• elderly ladies restarting their periods with massive sized blood cots

• blood blisters on the skin

• blistering all over the body

• failture to thrive, some wanted to stop eating, drinking

• multipel cold sores, herpes, shingles

• jaundiced

• rash (thrombobystopenia)

• no longer able t stand

• colds and fluids took longer to recover

• 3 cancer people in remission, got it again, New people got cancers

• I cannot definitively say this was caused by the vaccine

• Nurses pulling white clots out of pickles and out of foley cathetors (rubber not cutting)

• cardiac issues

• called because vaccine inserts were blank and couldn’t give informed consent. Answers were repeatedly “safe and effective” this is in your head, just a conspiracy theory

• reached out to friends at other nursing homes - same observations in 6 other nursing homes - but also only few on staff noticiing “Old people are old, they have health concerns and they die.”

• initially did not put a strain on our employment relationship, a few of us were noticing and mentioning it on the doctors board.

• asked re: fill out injury report.

• Started leaving research papers in the nursing office (never spoke with patients about it). Was told she was not allowed to leave research lying around - it was too scary. Needed to go in a sealed envelope as it was too scary for others to see.

• Then the relationship became increasingly strained.

• These were not normal deaths. I felt like I was witisseing murders

• blisters behind the ears and the neck from the masks, breathing issues because of the dirty masks. needed puffer

• recognize the knowledge gap but was worried about this getting rolled out to the general public

• was gaslit at every turn, tried calling public health, writing emails to share research. Began to feel so unsafe, that she recorded phone calls when trying to reach those in the upper echelons.

• Bawling my eyes out saying “Please don’t give this to the public, make an incidence map like I am doing. Don’t give it to kids"

• Was assured by the nursing home management would not mandate vax.

• end of summer, beginning of fall 2021 - we had a lot of deaths. It got hard. I cried every day.

• Really bad health issues, we eventually got clean masks, supply from other places could have been shared earlier

• Were told to use the New Brunswick Adverse Event Injury forms. May 2021 no section to report Covid19 vaccine injury spots

• fall 2021 union looking into legal issues around mandatory vaccination. She called the provincial authorities, they said they were waiting for the federal government.

• attempted to report a few things but needed to wait for management to do it

• refused to look at religious exemption - she had had one since 2010 (for other vaccines)

• went on stress leave, crying a lot, Dec 2021

• 5 year old son got very sick rushed into hospital, austistic, wasn't allow to see him

• mandates to take effect, but her leave was till Easter, hoping things would be figured out before then

• got a notice that she was terminated while on an approved leave (not even leave without pay)

• the people at work were great. It was the silencing that was above all that - i.e. government

• was able to go into PubMed literature - had found that a lot of what she was seeing was already been published.

• had spoken to pharmacists, police officers, firefighters etc. asked them all how things have been - they are all seeing the same thing.

• When I went back to nursing. Public health told me things would be fine. They opened up the vaccine reporting system. There was still the knowledge gap.

• we lost a family member, who coujdlint

• lost my home business, my 3 kids had major education challenges, stress induced abscesses, facing an uncertain future as a nurse.

• I did everything that was right, trying to deal with the knowledge gap

• When I disclosed what was happing and why I had a legal case

• massive financial impact, friends, family everything,

• I am the breadwinner, I don’t know if I pay the mortgage.I know there are other people out there and they are not saying anything. I wish that more pole would come forward with what they know. I know thousands of people that all told me their story.

• Q: go to union to express concerns re: mask shortage - they didn’t help “its a shortage, deal with it”

• Union also provided no help after she was terminated.

• I spoke with the doctors higher ups and was told that they were not allowed to write any medical exemptions even for a mask - he was ethically conflicted as well, did not want me to to continue on as a patient

• Q who should be filling in the knowledge gap, colleges, …. no mandatory reporting, add to education how the vaccine affects the body, new grads are only taught to give the shot, not to watch out for events afterwards

• public health was told to “keep the issues down”

• mandatory training on how to report vaccines - “you are a self directed profession, nurses should look into that themselves”

SARAH CHOUJOUNIAN

• licenced practical nurse

• chief steward of the union in the nursing home she works at

• getting concerned that residents and fellow union members are losing rights

• called the union rep who didn’t know how to answer.

• called back the same day Why wouldn’t you go along with what they are saying, don’t you care about your residents?

• anyone working in nursing home was not allowed to go to their second job

• so as single mom didn’t question further, in more debt

• resident died within a week of a heart attack - a woman who was highly anxious without a visit of her daughter, now had to go a week without a visit

• many residents did not understand what is going on - why families didn’t come in

• failure to thrive, especially those who would only eat if family would feed them

• window visits were so agitating - not to be able to come together

• kept families out but hired volunteers to come assist in feeding

• Q: is this common in nursing home that some so dependent on families that they would fail to thrive was this not predicatable? Yes, about 2-3 out of a floor of 30 -

• she predicted it right away: “you basically would know they would die from this policy”

• start testing 3 housekeeping staff no symptoms but tested positive

• b/c house keeping goes from room to room - it would be unclear who they might have infected so now all residents need to be in their rooms for 14 days - if residents didn’t listen, like dementia patients would now be sedated

• criminal lawyer you can’t have anyone in solitary cofininmet without letting them out in a 24 hour period.

• If someone tested positive it would start again (in another home it lasted 3 months)

• take away the walker of those who wander down halls - put them at risk for falls, hip fractures and all downhill from here

• if they stop walking they could lose their ability to walk in a short period of time

• she couldn’t watch this happen

• if the resident was about to pass away, family could finally come in but for max 15 minutes, 3 people would have 5 minutes each. Would need to gown up, often residents were on morphine and couldn’t even recognise family members

• Q. no concern about catching covid from one of the family members - family members would leave the facility - why would the facility care? no explanation

• each question was answered with “This is public health policy you just need to follow it”

• Mothers against Social Distancing - posted in a private online group - What was happening in the nursing home…. someone in the group, took a screenshot informed HQ. Was put under investigation without being told why.

• They were telling us to do things that we normally don’t do as nurses (same mask for 8 hours). Reusing gowns - she was pointing out what policies were wrong.

• told she was on probation “I was quite upset that they were trying to shut me up when all I wanted to do was help the residents.”

• Oct 31, 2020 - called herself Nurses Against Lockdown - she thought all the nurses would come on stage, so she got up and spoke out. The next Monday she was fired. Reason, she didn’t follow the social media policy (misconduct).

• She had posted messages on Facebook & Twitter “How ridiculous is this? They shut down the entire nursing home for three housekeepers when no one had symptoms” + the irrelevance of the the PCR test… (about 6 in total)

• thought the union was going to help her and represent her. Didn’t

• teamed up with Kristin Naigle, cofounded Canadian Frontline Nurses

• went to Washington on January 6, 2021 - got caught up in all that - a block away from the big Jan 6 rally, was at a Freedom and Health Summit instead.

• upon return - fired from her second Job. Put under investigation.

• Defamed by the media, “domestic terrorist”, RCMP came to the door

• saw all the death threats coming in on social media

• Q: now, on June 1, 2024, is there now a group of nurses that are standing to unite the profession to stand for ethics like ‘informed consent’? yes there are absolutely some for example in BC

• this week disciplinary hearing at the College - 12 allegations against her (re stating PCR is not effective; mask is not effective; Alternatives to the vaccine like Vitamin D, HCQ; fetal matter in vaccines (see exhibits) She posted a link to an audio file of Dr. Roger Hodkinson - another charge

• it was supposed to be a 7 day process. Now onto 20 days. She had Dr. Pelech and Dr. Bridle as experts - only seen as “partially” acceptable. Making it hard for Canadians to log in and watch. Showing that almost everything that she was saying at the time is now seen as true but “there was no way she could have known it all back then”

• Q: Did I hear you say that you are currently facing professional misconduct proceedings when you were trying to advocate for patients in good faith but you couldn’t know that this was all true at the time, so we need to discipline you for that…?

• yes.

• nursing school ethics class: w learned that when the pharmaceutical industry turns against the welfare of the patients nurses are to “agitate and advocate for what is best for our community”

• if we win, all nurses can be uncensored. If we lose nurses no longer the last line of defence between patients and the medical system

• December 16, 2020 - email censoring nursing saying we were not allowed to say anything that contradicts public health messaging

Q: Did doctors ever came in after the first lockdown? No, we could call them to get orders, or send them pictures of wounds

Q: How often did regulators come in and talk to you personally? I.e. were there no independent representatives rom the government visiting to see how the patients were doing? No

Q: Ontario health enacted measures which were known to have deleterious effects on the patients but were NOT coming in to check on the patients? No

Q: So apart from yourself there was no one there to advocate for these people? No

Q: Did you have daily scrums between nursing and administration to discuss individual cases? Now the only meetings were re: implementing more lockdowns.

At this point there was a clarification of something she had said that the questioner had misunderstood - in this nursing home the ONLY COVID cases were the three housekeeping staff. That is, while she was there. She wasn’t there long enough to see what happened afterward and also not when the vaccine was rolled out.

We know that residents are more prone to viruses when they are under stress, when they can’t see their relatives. The orders were to even stop doing rehabilitation and physical therapies.

Nobody complained and everybody went with it. I couldn’t believe it and I still can’t believe it.

Q: How did they give informed consent for any kind of procedure (for example wouldn’t ending physiotherapy be a change in procedure that requires consent? )

Everything was thrown out the window. We were in an emergency and we were not allowed to ask questions.

LEX ACKER

financial fraud investigator

his wife is a nurse

He had calculated excess mortality already earlier - told her not to take the shot

She got fired

he told her to apply for EI, was denied. Application for reconsideration, denied.

Filed an Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) on behalf of his wife’s file

Received 1200 pages!!! All the EI agents’ notes. Make reference to DE memo October 10 2021 (?) EI eligibility and refusal to comply with vaccination policy (their playbook, about 10 pages)

It is very important that every lawyer in Canada has their hands on that policy

EI agents directed to not follow normal procedures - BE Benefit Entitlement regulation ( a policy without the force of law, but if followed deviates from EI regulations) (More than a memo, seen as a policy)

EI agents were directed by upper management to deviate from normal policy.

Supreme Court ruling that medical coercion is assault (That got everyone’s attention)

admits there is no law behind what everyone is doing….. comes from the top

this is how they systematically denied all application - circumvent the law
