or at least WHAT NOT TO DO!! Presenting THE FRUIT BOWL ANALOGY!

Why should our Canadian Senators NOT vote for a Bill that promises to PREVENT pandemics and PREPARE the country in case preventative measures are not sufficient?

Well, IF THE BILL INCLUDES MEASURES THAT DO NOT DO AS ADVERTISED - measures that DO NOT prevent pandemics or measures that DO NOT reflect the types of emergency planning done by emergency planning professionals, AND if the BILL INCLUDES INSTEAD MEASURES THAT HARM MORE THAN HELP, (like silence ethical professionals with myth-busting data) then…

DO NOT PASS THE BILL!

THE FRUITBOWL ANALOGY

As I looked around my kitchen, I suddenly had an idea of how to explain what many have been writing about in depth. Here my first cut, unedited simple explanation using materials close at hand:

How should one PREVENT pandemics?

Start with the cause, which is NOT animal human transfer of pathogens (they are usually not toxic enough) but rather the purposeful work of lab-based genetic modification of the pathogens to make them MORE deadly than they would be in natural form. This “gain of function” work related to bioweapons is a much bigger source of pandemics than natural evolution of pathogens (as explained in Part 1).

Put a stop to bioweapons research and START covering this issue in the mainstream media.

Next, build resilience. In general, healthy people and animals are less likely to fall ill in the first place. Imbed the research being followed by the Canadian specialists working on non-pharmaceutical based health and illness prevention protocols.

When pandemics and other emergencies do arise, turn to the emergency management professionals those individuals who for some unexplained research were left OUT of the conversation the last time around, as COVID-19 reared its head.

IF a pandemic PREVENTION and PREPAREDNESS Bill leaves out these THREE SIMPLE COMPONENTS, it needs to be rewritten.

In the video I also mention clarifying lines of authority and figuring out who to turn to when it comes to protecting the vulnerable. That was poorly done the last time around.

By the way, I skimmed over the minutes of the House of Commons Health Committee meetings where Bill C-293 went through its “committee” stage.

How disappointing. They first pledged to goth through it “line by line”. But MPs seem unable to drop their partisanship, even when working on sometime as crucial as this.

It took 5 pages (over an hour) for the HESA members to come to consensus that the wording should be changed from “preventing the risk of a pandemic” to “reducing the risk of a pandemic”.

They did raise a point. Pandemics are way beyond want a single country can control. So actually the title of the bill calling for PREVENTING PANDEMICS is kind of a moot point. Somehow, in all the partisan sniping about this and that, they totally danced around the need for a full public inquiry and the EXISTENCE OF JUST SUCH A THING in the form of the National Citizen’s Inquiry. (aargh!!)

On October 23rd as part of the deliberations on Bill C-293 in the Standing Committee on Health BC NDP MP Don Davies referenced the NDP’s proposed amendment to create a public independent inquiry into COVID-19 as well as the problems around having the Minister of Health set up the advisory committee to essentially investigate the work of the department for which the minister is responsible. MP Davies also referenced the British Medical Journal’s article on the Canadian government’s handling of the pandemic. “I'm going to ask my colleagues to support the NDP motion to replace this clause with the advisory committee appointed by the Minister of Health with a truly independent, public and transparent inquiry. Failing that, as I've said, I would rather that this clause be removed entirely if we don't actually make sure that we have the type of inquiry that I think we all know deep down is what is truly required in the circumstances.”

No comment.

TALKING POINTS - Bill C-293

1. Welcome everyone.

2. Today at 2 pm in Ottawa, (right now our time) the Senators are starting their first sitting after the summer holidays. There are many items on the agenda before this Bill.  (I wrote this the morning of Sept. 17. Who knows when this Bill will actually make it to their daily agenda. It may be on the Order Paper for a long time still.)

3. Later this evening we will know if …

1. they got all the way to it and defeated it (then we can relax)

2. OR they got all the way to it and passed it on to the next level, committee review (then we need to educate the committee about all the issues plus all the Senators who need to vote it down at third reading.)

3. OR they got all the way to it and postponed it.

4. Or they didn’t get that far and are pushing that agenda item to another day (in both of those cases we need to keep sending our letters)

4. What we KNOW ABOUT THE BILL

1. It was proposed by Nathaniel Erskine-Smith, an Ontario MP from the Liberal Party (usually private members’ bills don’t make it all the way up the ladder.)

2. Conservative MP from Manitoba, Ted Falk presented many concerns with the Bill when it was in from of the MPs in the House. (See       www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHvRxHuQKCc

3. NDP MP Don Davies from BC wanted to expand the bill to ask for a full scale inquiry but the bill went through all three readings anyway, no questions asked about how and when the “lessons learned” was supposed to be added.

5. Lots of concerns about the Bill

1. no definitions of terms

2. no clarity on where the guidance should be from other than to say there will be “collaboration” with the international health institutions, and other levels of government

3. no commitment that the final authority is to be within Canada

4. no respecting provincial authority over health care

5. no recognition of “lessons learned” the first time around, not paying attention to the work of the National Citizen’s Inquiry, just a rehash of what was done with COVID-19

6. legalizing all that was done the last time around

7. No way for evidence based treatment protocols to be included

8. more censorship

9. no directions for vaccine injured and their treatment

10. redoing the masking, isolating, social distancing, lockdown routine while waiting for new mRNA vaccine development

6. Rooted in World Health Organization’s ONE HEALTH approach

1. WHO is 70% pharma funded - Bill Gates Foundation as well as his spin-off organizations

2. WHO operates from the idea of pandemics coming from a “spill over” from the animal world, so much of the Bill focuses on reducing commercial agriculture, hunting, deforestation, and talks about land use adjustments (which for many is code for land grabbing, forced relocation, 15-minute cities. In Toronto and parts of BC land is already being taxed at its “best use value’ (i.e. as if it is already developed into dense housing) such that local landowners who still just have single family houses on the land CANNOT afford their tax increase. 400% property tax hike in the Fraser Valley for example

3. ACTUALLY, most pandemics in the last 50+ years come from Bioweapons research which takes and changes naturally occurring viruses to make them MORE dangerous.

4. 71 times in the 40 years from 1975 to 2016 there were biowarfare related “lab escapes” that did or could have infected humans. This includes SARS 1, SARS-CoV-2 and even the Winnipeg lab years back already (There is a link with the info here: https://followingthecovidscience.substack.com/p/covid-origin-theories-one-by-one)

5. All of the reductions of agriculture, commercial fishing and hunting, even forestry is just BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE, as long as there is no stop to bioweapon related research, we will KEEP having escaped SUPER VIRUSES cause pandemics. No culling of chickens, or pigs, or shutting down other farms will make a bit of difference, except to make food more rare and life more expensive and make people more reliant on government funded “help” to survive. NON-Pharma funded experts have compiled the data to know that naturally occurring mutations are NEVER as extensive as the “mutations” that happened with SARS-CoV-2. And there is evidence that the mutations that led to COVID-19 are documented to even have had PATENT APPLICATIONS coming out of Dr. Fauci’s in house and overseas labs. Did your mainstream media tell you that people working with Dr. Fauci APPLIED FOR PATENTS on these things BEFORE the Wuhan wet market news story broke?

7. Creepy Future Planning needs to be reigned in and overseen by those with ETHICS.The Canadian government has been “future planning” for quite some time, with groups like POLICY HORIZONS CANADA very successful in lobbying our government to participate in bio-digital convergence projects across the country - bring nature and technology together.  The term “biodigital” convergence was coined to encompass the convergence of “engineering, nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology (IT) and cognitive science.” Visions of creating the bionic human come to mind, starting with embedding digital technology in organisms and biological components as parts of digital technologies. The more unrestrained technology moves us toward these potential realities, the more we need to make sure it is NOT THE BIG BUSINESS BACKED organizations that guide our policy makers. IT HAS TO BE THE PEOPLE WHO PUT ETHICS FIRST. The people who had the courage to resist and to put out the REAL science, not the paid for Pharma-science. These people are alive and well in Canada. Their recommendations are solid. But because the MEDIA mocks and hides them, our politicians including our Senators don’t know much about them. Ask any mainstream media watcher to name three ethical physicians who testified to the National Citizens Inquiry about how they lost their jobs because they followed the REAL research and put ethics first. Because they stood up for human lives. Because they said NO to corruption. These are the people we need guiding health policy. But if our Senators only tune in to CBC, CTV or Global, they would not have a clue that there are problems with the plans shown in the current bill.

8. There is another way.  A much better way.

1. Canada had a network of emergency planning and management professionals across the country that kicked in when we previously had pandemics, like SARS 1 and Swine Flu, even a brief stint of Ebola. These professionals were SHUT DOWN when the government gave the management the COVID Pandemic to the Public Health Agency of Canada. PHAC had no connections to the whole of society, no communication network established with industry, with the transportation sector, with the supply chain networks. But THAT WAS THE JOB of the emergency management department in EVERY PROVINCE, TERRITORY, COUNTY and CITY. To shut out the expertise of these professionals was one of the greatest failures of Canada’s handling of the COVID Crisis. In fact, the unscientific lockdowns etc. without seeking strategic advice from the emergency folk, made everything worse.

9. As MP Falk pointed out, the way the Bill is written there is no guidance as to WHO is supposed to oversee how the government handles the pandemic. But there is a reference to a coordinator of future pandemics chosen from among the employees of PHAC, the public health agency of Canada.

1. The current head of PHAC, Dr. Teresa Tam has been shown to provide statements to the public that were the opposite of the documents she had at the time. The Canadian Covid Care Alliance published video evidence of a number of “Official Lies” given by her and others, cross referencing the opposite words with what she was saying. 2. WE CANNOT leave it up to PHAC to select a coordinator for Canada’s pandemic response. We also CANNOT give that so-called coordinator a blank cheque, as in its current form, there are no details about how many departments of how much staff working on what topics this coordinator will need. MPs who passed this Bill were asleep at the wheel.

3. The way the Bill is written, there are no definitions of any terms. What does “collaboration” between levels of government look like when ONE level of government can MANDATE what other levels do? Does the leaked conversation between Dr. Teresa Tam, Dr. Bonnie Henry and others about raw milk illustrate what is meant by collaboration? In that one they talked about Public Health pushing a concern that the Agricultural folks did not? Is conspiring behind another department’s back to rise up a level of panic to them trigger that other department to take actions supposed to be called collaboration?

10. Finally, there is the matter of letting go of Canada’s authority to manage life for Canadians in Canada. We know that our Prime Minister sees us as a Post National State. We know that the World Economic Forum, the world’s largest corporate lobby group already has much support from influential people in Canadian society and government, people who were considered by the WEF as subscribing to the Young Global Leaders program. We know that in 2019 the World Economic Forum and the United Nations became “partners”. What many people don’t know is that as far back as 1998, the UNITED NATIONS announced a major shift, it wasn’t only going to be a gathering of governments - it opened the door to advocacy and lobby groups as well as BIG INDUSTRY. For BIG INDUSTRY, the entire future of healthcare is more hunting for more pathogens to turn into vaccine products, mRNA recipes are being cooked up everywhere now for every illness, from shingles and measles to who knows what. mRNA means tricking the body to become the factory for what has the potential to kill you but now it is supposed to “vaccinate you” from the inside out. There are no controls over how many genetic instruction packets your body gets, where in the body they go, how long they last, which cell types they impact. Send a bunch of robbers loose in the store, to shuffle things around and smuggle out what they want. Likewise, send a bunch of genetic instructions to make a mess of your whole body, however far they get. And tell the people they need to come back and come back. Get more and more boosters that governments buy on their behalf. The Taxpayer pays, Big Pharma is making the Big Bucks while the Victims suffer. These organizations now sit at the table at the United Nations. At the World Health Organizations. A building that was brand sparkling new 70 years ago, one that we could even rely on and trust 30 years ago is now rotting away, rusting at its core, that’s what happens when you let the robbers in - public PRIVATE partnership. No, call it what it is when corporations drive government policy - Fascism. Corporatism, not putting the PEOPLE and ETHICS first.

11. We may be preaching to the choir. But we may also have connected with people who did not know

1. That what the governments did with COVID-19 was made up on the fly, with lots of input by organizations backed by the pharmaceutical companies.

2. That Members of Parliament PASSED a bill that would have us permanently follow what was done with Covid again and again. For any type of emergency the WHO declares. It could be an illness. It could be drought, or heat, or climate change.  Did you know that because the WHO declared a public health emergency for certain regions of Africa, (for a venereal disease called monkey pox which is rarely deadly) Singapore, which is 5000 km away, is already following the protocol… mask, distance and isolate, lock down and wait for a vaccine, along with shutting down all dissenting voices, no matter how professional they are and how much they can bring to the discussion. That’s the template being referred to in Bill C-293.

3. Did you know there is another way? But IF your Senators heard about it, they were conditioned to believe it is only “misinformation providers” who are spreading it, like a pandemic of misinformation. They have now coined a word for it. INFODEMIC. Warning. By you listening to me talk about this, you and I are both participating in an INFODEMIC. Or so they say. But the truth is, it is they who are at fault. They who lie by omission. Keeping the truth off the table. They who smear the good doctors who hold fast to the truth, even if doing so gets them fired. Doctors who healed patients and now need to fight to get their medical licenses back. Who sold their homes to live in trailers and grow tomatoes in the bush instead of working in the medical system like an Ontario doctor near the start of his career. That’s 25 years of service the system is short, for just one person alone.  Or there is the doctor in BC who got put in a psych ward - his diagnosis? He must have been crazy to announce how many stillbirths were happening in Covid injected mothers. But he was not. He was simply reporting what the midwives witnessed. And then there are the ethical lawyers like a big name corporate lawyer who was kidnapped and put in jail to stop him working on a commission seeking evidence of past government crimes during the COVID years. There is another way. Let your Senator know that you care and that you do not want them to put us through permanent cycles of lockdowns, distancing, masking for whatever new name of new virus that comes our way.

Let your Media ombudsman know that you didn’t even know that the MPs have passed this bill before the summer and that the Senators are only working with half a deck - when the media only puts in ONE side of every issue, when doctors don’t even know the people they cite are lying, then it is no wonder there continues to be so much suffering. In 2024 in Alberta we will have more UNACCOUNTED FOR deaths than births. ALL CAUSE MORTALITY was higher in 2023 than in the year where COVID was in the news every day for Covid deaths. https://x.com/dksdata/status/1811870768944546038  Cancer deaths in someone injected could be vax related, especially if the cancer was drastically speeded up. Pretty much any illness now that is not responding to pre-2019 treatment protocols, if the person was injected with mRNA can be attributed to that injection.

There is a better way.

We need to let our Senators know.

Health Canada, the provincial health authorities, the media won’t.

If emailing is not your thing and you don’t know what to put in a letter, the one thing you can do is make a few phone calls. Office staff need to count how many calls they get on which topic every day. This is one way for you to stand up and have your voice be counted.

Just saying “I don’t want future pandemics managed the way COVID was managed because….” is plenty. If you can add “Please say NO to the current Pandemic Prevention and Preparedness Bill: that is great. Thank you very much!

And while you are at it, we will give you the number for the office of Canada’s current Ambassador to the United Nations, Mr. Bob Rae, formerly the Premier of Ontario, plus federal and provincial parliament rep in Ontario as well. He is currently looking at globalism on steroids. The United Nations Pact for the Future, with all its component parts is just like Bill C-293 but bigger, broader, wider and deeper in scope. Did your evening news mention this? That the UN tries to pass documents via the three day silence procedure? When the delegates aren’t even in at the conference yet and maybe not checking their emails? If no one sends in an objection, great it PASSED!
