Fall out from Pfizer Procurement; Bill C-278 & Clearing up MPs Misconceptions re: Covid Vax
The more of us who write our decision makers, the more often, the better... introducing a few strategies I am trying...
Hello and welcome to all new and “old” readers of this substack. I was pleased to note a recent bump up in readership… 46 new subscribers more than in the previous 30 days and 2.58k page views more than the previous 30 days. Wow… thanks to all of you!
Sometimes I post what I am sending off to various audiences, in the hopes that you will find it easy to copy and paste salient sections to add to your own writing.
With the release of the recommendation of the National Citizens Inquiry in a few hours (11 am ET, Tuesday, November 28) here: https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/live/ there is one thing all Canadian readers can do - even after the live press release… See:
https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/takeaction/
as well as
https://act.newmode.net/action/national-citizens-inquiry/neither-safe-nor-effective
KUDOS to the NCI for taking the lead in this messaging. And thanks to the many, many others who are doing what they can to share information in whatever way they think of.

Here is what I tried this time around:
Given my writing is always so wordy, someone suggested I lead with an “executive summary” of my letter. This gets the gist of the message out in less than a minute of reading.
I read up on free vote vs. voting along party lines. And I thought I would appeal to the conscience of the MPs in that they held the health and future of their own employees in their hands……and turned that into a partisan issue.
I found out that there is the role of the caucus chair - folks who set the agendas when the caucus of any party gets together. And the role of the party whip - someone who looks after the attendance in the house for voting and to whom party discipline falls. I aim to keep including these people in any letters to MPs as they have more influence possibly on how an MP even talks about an issue than anyone else.
The revealing of the Pfizer contract with ….not Health Canada but with the Minister of Procurement opens up a whole other avenue - including the critics of whichever ministry involved in a topic gives us new names to include in our writing.
Feel free to just pick up on ONE of the four angles I pulled in and add your own views and comments.
Thanks to a loyal reader of this substack, I was reminded that even the MPs with the best of intentions at heart, if they wish to research these matters and do not have a link to start with, if they just use search engines, they will NOT be finding the types of things we know about. A recent trial search even on Duck Duck Go lead to the line about myocarditis after the Covid-19 vaccine being rare and mild. So much for freedom of information… censorship runs deep. You can see the “note” I added below. I am thinking of making use of something like that line quite often in future correspondence.
Happy Information Sharing!

Executive Summary of this letter from a Concerned (Alberta) Citizen to the Party Whips, Caucus Chairs, speakers to Bill C-278, MPs who voted it down.
There were SOOOO many misconceptions in the speeches given that may still be shared by the majority of No-voters in the House of Commons. The sooner they are cleared up, the better.
The Vote on that Bill should have been a Free Vote given that those most affected are the staff members of the MPs - there is nothing in any political platform that supports taking away the dignity of individuals to make health choices, i.e. this was an Ethical question and should NOT have been decided along Party Lines.
Your upcoming meetings MUST address the recently revealed copy of Pfizer Canada’s Manufacturing and Supply Agreement as approved by the Canadian government in October 2020. It is clear that Health Canada’s repeated proven “safe and effective” messaging was NOT IN LINE with statements from the agreement such as: “the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known” and “there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known“ How are MPs to react when they find out that one of their own government departments has been MISLEADING THEM AND THE PUBLIC in such a fatal way?
All those setting agendas for caucus, and health committee meetings must ensure adequate time is allocated to process the IMMENSE amount of work being publicly released on Tuesday, November 28 by the National Citizens’ Inquiry which has collected over 300 sworn testimonies by experts and lay people that were collected 24 days across the country. All Canadians deserve that attention is paid to all of the recommendations being released.
NOTE: the writer of this letter is well aware that a simple online search using major search engines (including Duck Duck Go and Brave) ONLY lead to “conventional” public health messaging online. Without typing in specific websites highlighting the emerging evidence to the contrary, the general public is NOT finding out how invalid the public health messaging is about the purported safety, efficacy and necessity of the mRNA Covid-19 shots. Please read on with an open mind. It’s not like public health messaging has NEVER BEEN WRONG IN THE PAST!
November 27, 2023
Honourable Members of Parliament,
I hope this email finds you well amid all the stresses of your job. I am addressing the initiators of Bill C-278, the Prevention of Government-imposed Vaccination Mandates Act as well as the three MPs who spoke against it. I am also addressing the Alberta MPs who voted against the bill along with the entire Standing Committee on Health, whose Liberal/NDP/Bloc members also voted against this bill even though I assume they have been reading up on the very imbalanced Risk vs Benefit ratio of the Covid-19 injections prior to the vote.
AND I am including the Party Whips and Caucus Chairs because I wish to raise the question of why the vote on this Bill was not deemed a conscience vote. It was very clear from the speeches against the Bill and from the vote to end its trajectory through the House of Commons/Senate that this vote was run along party lines. You must realize that such a decision puts POLITICS over HEALTH, which is a definite no-no!!! According to Wikipedia a conscience vote will be about religious, moral or ethical issues rather than about administrative or financial ones. When MPs vote about the wellbeing of THEIR OWN STAFF, i.e. about the wellbeing and rights to self-determination of ALL government employees, aka civil servants, they MUST have the freedom to abide by their conscience. There is NOTHING in any party platform re: leaving government employees open to oppression by their employers, therefore, this could NOT have been a vote by party lines.
By now you must all be aware of the over 300 sworn testimonies given to the independently run and non-government/non-pharma funded National Citizens Inquiry. A number of the people who went public with their vaccine injury stories were previously employed at various government levels and then forced to choose the jab over losing their job. PUT YOUR OWN OFFICE STAFF in the shoes of the vaccine injured people featured in the links at the bottom of this letter. Imagine them off work, not only in severe pain but also disabled and not able to return to serve Canadians in their current position, not to mention in extreme financial need. All who voted against preserving the right of their own office staff to decline an injection of something that is proving to be toxic to EVERY BODY SYSTEM, need to look deep into their own conscience and ask themselves: if it were not for my loyalty to party discipline, WOULD I HAVE DONE THIS TO MY DEAR STAFF MEMBERS? Would I not have wanted them to be free to make their own decisions at some point in the future, should someone at the “top” want to declare another “one size fits all” remedy for a new health crisis? With all our recent focus on DIVERSITY, can we not accept that our civil servants at least might each come with different medical pre-conditions, allergies, etc. etc. and should be given the dignity to make their own health determinations? I can’t imagine the depth of the disappointment in your judgement those working in your service must surely have felt the day you voted this Bill down, those who are aware of the very great prevalence of vaccine injuries and disabilities in the population since the rollout of these largely untested products.
There are now so many scientific findings that point AGAINST the claim of safety and efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccine products (and any new uses of the mRNA platform as it currently stands using inflammatory lipid nanoparticles, contaminated DNA etc.). Tragically, normally intelligent and well-read individuals such as the three speakers who spoke up to turn the bill down appear to be carrying within themselves a number of misconceptions that need to be cleared up ASAP!
If you were told as a child that Santa Claus is real, but as you got older, you started seeing evidence of that as having been an incorrect little tale, you would have had to adjust your view of reality to match the evidence before you. Likewise, if you were told in 2020 that the magnanimous drug companies and the helpful health agencies were beating all odds to develop a vaccine to save humanity and if by 2023 the evidence completely belied that tale, it behooves you as decision makers representing millions of people to adjust your views and not hold on to the tale that was presented to you early on.
I invite you to skim over this post (https://followingthecovidscience.substack.com/p/when-misconceptions-held-by-politicians) which identifies point by point where MPs Lamoureux, Desbiens and Davies are
unaware of current scientific realities
holding on to myths and biases (misconceptions) that were shared with them in early 2020/21
reacting in classic manner to the evolving evidence (i.e. with shock and denial) as outlined in the Change Curve adapted from the work on grieving by Dr. Elizabeth Kuebler-Ross.
We all grieve the depth of the horror of what now confronts us, once we are exposed to uncensored information on the topic. It is very likely that all who voted down this motion are similarly unaware of how many misconceptions they also carry and who will learn more once they venture along the path with open eyes.
Specifically for those MPs whose committee work also includes a focus on the Canadian Veterans, I assume you have been apprised about the work of Catherine Christensen who is bringing forward the sad realities of the vaccine mandate as imposed on our armed forces. I invite other readers of this letter to familiarize themselves with this testimony as you consider how much the brave men and women of the military too, have been let down by your politicization of health. (See https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/witness/catherine-chistensen/).
Those MPs with an indigenous focus, I beg you to look at the tally of gravesites in an indigenous community written about here: https://followingthecovidscience.substack.com/p/where-are-we-now-my-own-response and seriously ask yourself how soon we will need to launch a new round of apologies that in our eagerness to “help the vulnerable” we have willingly become tools of the pharma machine ignoring the silenced voice of the highly esteemed world experts who warned against these products early on. AND LYING about the “safe and effective” nature of products when in reality we know that long term effects and efficacy are unknown and unproven.
For those members of HESA who met on November 27 on the topic of women’s health issues, was the disproportionate number of females facing adverse reactions to the Covid-19 injections discussed? Whether severe dermatological side effects, musculoskeletal, menstrual and fertility issues (search “women” on https://dailyclout.io/#pfizer-reports) not to mention booming still birth and miscarriage rates and of course the burden of caregiving, women have definitely been heavily impacted. If your guests on women’s health completely skirted the big topics that weigh so heavily on so many Canadian women, organize another HESA meeting for Women’s issues 2.0 (i.e. post the Dec 2020 mRNA Covid vax rollout.) The members of the Scientific and Medical Advisory Committee of the Canadian Covid Care Alliance can most certainly provide you with guest speakers knowledgable on these topics. See the 24 members profiled at the bottom of this page: https://www.canadiancovidcarealliance.org/about-us/
Has it filtered down to you that the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement signed between Pfizer Canada and the Minister of Public Works and Procurement has now been made public? And that on page 18, those in charge of procurement acknowledge that the long term efficacy and possible adverse events of the Pfizer Vaccine product are unknown. Given that, how has Health Canada been getting away with telling everyone, you included, that these products were “proven safe and effective”? See this post by one of the premier vaccinologists in the country (the professor entrusted to lead Covid Vaccine development for Canadians) Dr. Byram Bridle on the urgent questions that arise due to the revelation of many of the terms of the government’s signing off on these products without due diligence found here:
Finally, please make note of the November 28 release date for the final recommendations of the independent and apolitical panel who presided over more than 300 testimonies. The interim report released earlier came with these four science-backed recommendations:
1. Immediately rescind the recent Food and Drug Regulations revisions in authorizing COVID-19 vaccines. These revisions permanently exempt these vaccines from the requirement to objectively prove their safety and efficacy under the Food and Drug Regulations.
2. Halt the further use of COVID-19 vaccines in Canada that were authorized under the revised provisions of the Interim Order and the newly revised Food and Drug Regulations.
3. Initiate a comprehensive judicial investigation into how COVID-19 vaccines were authorized in Canada. Pursue criminal charges, if warranted, under existing Canadian law.
4. Make all documentation related to the authorization process and information provided to the regulatory agencies by the manufacturers publicly available.
I am asking the Chair and members of the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure of the Standing Committee on Health as well as all Caucus Chairs to ensure that sufficient space is made in your subsequent meetings to ensure that all attendees receive a full briefing on the work, testimonies and findings of the National Citizens’ Inquiry and that a SERIOUS (bias/misconception free) CONSIDERATION is given to the recommendations. Canadians frustrated, bankrupted, traumatized, disabled, and killed by earlier government responses to the Covid Crisis deserve no less.
The press release will be live-streamed HERE at 11 am (ET) here: https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/live/ The final recommendations will later be posted here https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/commissioners-report/ on November 28, 2023 and deserve your FULL undivided and “misconception free” attention!
Sincerely
