DAY 1 of EDMONTON NCI hearings full of crucial headlines while media chairs virtually empty
More summaries to come!
On Wednesday, March 4 the hot topic of discussion on the CBC afternoon radio show was “How do you like your eggs cooked? Runny yolk or hard boiled?”
What a contrast to the topics of conversation running the following day at the Edmonton Hearings of the National Citizens Inquiry.

Below are just a few of the headlines the CBC and other government and corporate backed legacy media COULD be talking about - if they were only willing.
Chilcotin District Clan Mother Reports 200 children apprehended within a 4 year period from a reserve with a population of 800 (with an additional 100 from surrounding areas)
Residential school survivor Dorothy Boyd knows what it is like to be taken away from home and family by the state, since this very thing was done to her. From the age of 3 until she ran away at the age of 14 Dorothy’s contact to her family was very limited. As an adult, Boyd worked as a teachers’ aide and pursued a counselling degree. Now the clan mother and elder from BC’s Chilcotin district offers her home as a “safe place” for children waiting for foster home placement after being apprehended. Testifying under oath to the citizen-run National Citizens Inquiry in Edmonton on Thursday, March 6, 2025, Dorothy Boyd spoke of the degree to which children on the Anaham Reserve are being apprehended by social service agents today. In a recent four year period, on the reserve with a population of 800, 200 children were taken into the custody of social services and moved off reserve. Often parents or grandparents end up with no indication of their whereabouts. Often the agents react purely to gossip when coming to take children away. Boyd herself has been struggling to regain access to five of her own grandchildren.
The Edmonton hearing was convened to focus on the question “Are children safe in Canada?” Boyd responds: “Taking a child away is the most damaging form of how to destroy a human being. Children need connections. They need loving care. As they are growing they need different things from the parents. By being taken away, they don’t get that.When taken away, they lose hope, they lose love,
They don’t trust no body.”
Her hope for children moving forward? “A spirit that has never been damaged, or hurt. That can be alive and wants to live.”
Canadian Professor and Sitting MLA both threatened with Dismissal if they testify to independently-run National Citizens Inquiry
Lead counsel for the National Citizens Inquiry, Alberta regulatory lawyer Shawn Buckley, informed listeners of the barriers preventing expert witnesses from testifying on the topic “Are Children Safe in Canada?” A professor who planned to speak on the topic of bullying was threatened with dismissal should this testimony go ahead. A sitting MLA from an unidentified province was told the consequence of appearing at the NCI would be dismissal from caucus. A medical professional who had planned on speaking pulled out at the last minute worried about possible job loss and inability to make mortgage payments.
Ontario Dairy Farmer reports on European medical studies showing health benefits of unpasteurized milk.
When Michael Schmidt arrived to Canada with a Masters Degree in Agriculture from Germany, he could already see a difference between the health of European children where unpasteurized milk is widely available, and that of Canadian children, where it is not. Canadian regulations banning the open sale of unpasteurized (or raw) milk date back to 1938. With today’s improved sanitation and superior storage and delivery equipment, there is much empirical evidence that speaks against continuing this prohibition. In his testimony to the Michael Schmidt outlined a number of European studies showing the impact that the natural enzymes included in unpasturizied milk have on childhood asthma and diabetes rates. As part of his 30 year battle with Health Canada to advocate for Canadians to have the same right of access to unpasteurized milk as, for example, citizens in Germany, Michael Schmidt is in possession of government testing data on milk from his own farm. The results indicate that the worries about contamination in raw milk are overblown. As long as milk is not shipped long distances, and it is consumed relatively soon after being produced, it is as health or even healthier than pasteurized milk. Schmidt also testified about the effects of pushing dairy cows beyond their production limits by feeding them soy products.

My favorite parts of Covid:

We are done with modern medicine;
we’re done with these fools for doctors; and we are done with the pile of shit they dove themselves into.
Let them study that.
