I am writing in this Open Letter format to suggest that discussion around three matters be added to your agenda for your meeting on May 18th. 

A) As you become aware of the differences between the drug approval test used for the COVID-19 vaccines and the regular drug approval process for "regular" vaccines you will undoubtedly need to schedule time to discuss this matter. The ramifications of the information presented on May 12, 2023 at the National Citizen's Inquiry on the Canadian response to the Covid Crisis are huge. As Canadians become aware of the stark difference, any further talk of allocating up to 190 million dollars for Moderna and Pfizer Covid-19 vaccinations for the rest of this year and the next, as currently indicated here: https://www.canada.ca/en/public-services-procurement/services/procuring-vaccines-covid19.html#

will be unthinkable.

Viewers and participants of the National Citizens Inquiry were introduced to this stark contrast:

Instead of drug companies having to supply extensive documentation sufficient to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of a new product to the Health Minister, something was changed that COMPELS the Minister to issue approval upon receipt of a lot less than that:

On top of that, the changes also allow drug companies to simply state how and when they plan to provide which information at a later date. And that is to be deemed sufficient for compelling the Minister to issue approvals. No criteria referring to safety and efficacy AT ALL. Listeners were also told how Covid vaccines were already being delivered to the provinces BEFORE approvals were given by Health Canada. An urgent matter for HESA will need to be to forensically trace the evolution of this policy, i.e. HOW did it come to be that someone had the powers to draft a document in which those IN CHARGE of the drug approval process (the offices of the Health Minister) are being COMPELLED to give approvals without full documentation and without any criteria of safety and efficacy being applied? At some point during the tenure of HESA, something was approved and implemented over at Health Canada. Something of which likely every single MP who ever encouraged vaccination was most likely UNAWARE??? Did you know about this?

If any bit of the information shared in this expert witness testimony was NEW to you, who have been following the health file the most closely of all of your colleagues in Parliament, think of how gobsmacked your fellow MPs will be once this news flows down to them. Planning to move forward by accusing the National Citizens Inquiry of being pushers of "disinformation" and of "conspiracy theories" as the CBC, the authors of the Faultlines document on the costs of "misinformation" and many other government funded voices have been doing to those daring to point at the errors of the pro-vax narrative will not cut it. The NCI has been uniting ordinary everyday mostly non-political Canadians from coast to coast to coast. They are watching warily and it is my guess that they will be putting every government official under the microscope moving forward for decades to come as a result of this humongous deceptive lack of trust.

It has long been obvious to many Canadians and should long have been obvious to Committee members and all MPs in the House that the talk about a "pandemic of the UNvaccinated" emerged deceptively. The "studies" this slogan was based on deliberately used data going back to 2020 when ZERO Covid patients had access to Covid-19 vaccines. See:

A COVID Year in Review...

By December 2020 only 5 Canadians had been injected with a COVID-19 shot. So any inclusion of 2020 case counts to support the line that unvaccinated patients are more likely to die of Covid than vaccinated ones and that Covid-19 vaccines save lives was patently deceptive. 

Canadians have trusted the government. They have trusted government public health officials. They have listened and followed suit, being led to believe in the altruism the government called them to demonstrate by presenting their bodies for at least 2 of these injections.

Canadians are still suffering.

The Canadian military has certainly suffered. Do you realize that Canada is far from battle-ready? That the trust in the command structure upon which any military service must rely upon for its existence is broken. That there is no longer a cadre of officers available to train new recruits as the vax mandate has decimated the ranks - those discharged dishonourably for sticking with the unpopular science that spoke so clearly against injection; and those disabled or reporting endless rounds of missed work days due to a sudden onset of inexplicably varied medical issues; and the deceased. Former nurse, now lawyer, Catherine Christensen brought a compelling message to the National Citizens’ Inquiry from those diligent service providers who are granted no voice. Most poignantly, among those still suffering are the elderly who are still locked up with a parade of masked caregivers sliding in and out of their rooms all day long. For many frail elderly who are hard of hearing and need to rely on lipreading to communicate, NOT to have seen a human face day in and day out is a form of Kafkaesque torture. Especially for those who do not understand the point of denying them face to face human interaction. Even with their loved ones. This on top of being utterly abandoned by those they have held close to their hearts for months on end during the lockdowns. Instead of building up the resilience of the elderly to fight off any viral threats, isolation and utter loneliness took a huge toll on their immune systems making them even more vulnerable. Once even the followers of the mainstream media, which has NOT been reporting on all of this, become aware of the deception that was used on them, and the utter needlessness of their suffering, I cannot even begin to imagine the deafening outrage that will ensue!!

You as HESA members all had every opportunity to become aware of the depth of government sanctioned deception a year ago, had you mingled among the truckers who made the long trek to Ottawa precisely to speak with you. Many of them were better informed through access to uncensored media reporting on COVID-19 scientific matters than many MPs who relied on censored mainstream sources. And some of you could have attended the opportunity for discussion presented by some of Canada's leading medical experts, ones whose voices were silenced thanks to a whole bevy of government-funded "misinformation gurus." Therefore, the second item I recommend you add to your agenda for May 18 is:

B) Planning a division of labour among HESA members with reference to the myriad testimonies being assembled via the National Citizen's Inquiry

Many Canadians, including myself, are hopeful that Parliament will take a dispassionate look at the evidence presented to this inquiry by the very many expert witnesses who are still testifying this week.To get a sense of the depth of that evidence, please see https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/exhibits/ where documentation is being added on a daily basis. One presenter alone, Dr. Denis Rancourt, presented a document for the public record that consisted of nearly 900 pages of peer-reviewed and published data that demonstrates how far off from reality the directives put out by the WHO and followed by Health Canada were. Ditto for links coming from the public to fellow MPs demonstrating the very disturbing news that much of the COVID-19 virus and vaccine development was directed to be developed as military countermeasures: The speaker in this video is Sasha Latypova, a former Pfizer executive and pharmaceutical insider who is very knowledgeable about patent law. Hopefully you can add to your upcoming agenda a way to divvy up the preponderance of evidence that a top-down, military-style BigPharma-compromised globally directed approach to human health care is NOT in the interest of Canadians!! With so much information coming out these days that CONFIRMS the warnings you and many other MPs would have received (and likely previously ignored) from constituents in the field, I assume that you will need to allocate some time at the next meeting to figure out how to ensure that all HESA members are informed as to what has gone on these past three years from the perspective of those who must live with the consequences every day, for example former Gov of Canada employees now facing harsh consequences because of their refusal to ignore the science and comply with the unscientific mandates supported by many of you. You need to hear these testimonies so that you can honestly respond to your colleagues in the house - ESPECIALLY those in the Liberal Caucus who incredibly still appear to be supportive of mandatory vaccination. Be sure not to stop before getting down the alphabet to the voices of the Vaccine Victims, as these people who spoke publicly to the NCI took great risks and needed immense courage to speak out so honestly. The NCI has heard from many, many more people who need you and the public to understand the gravity of the Government's blind push to "combat vaccine hesitancy" which actually amounted to a wholescale violation of human rights. It is becoming clear that those who pushed this debacle from the very top did not do so with altruistic motives. Rather we need to suspect malevolent intent. Rank and file vaccine promoters in this country themselves were victims of the power of propaganda. Yet those in authority positions with access to actual scientific data such as a standing committee on health) should have been doing their due diligence to verify the top-down messaging... before perpetuating the "safe and effective" deception, they should at the very least have asked "Where is the proof of that claim?"  By succumbing to the fear of the virus, and having BigTech (vaccine investor companies) collude with BigPharma to cancel expert voices, well-meaning decision makers were blinded by the hope that vaccines appeared to be bringing. Now, the testimonies at the NCI are proving that the voices of caution that were ignored, should not have been. And the voices of regret are piling up daily.

Finally, my third recommendation for the meeting on the 18th would be:

C) Scheduling a timely discussion on the petition e-4401 sponsored by PC MP Dr. Leslyn Lewis which is set to close in a week (if that discussion is not already on your calendar)

Given that....

• Parliament has neither discussed nor debated Canada’s participation in a proposed World Health Organization (WHO) International Treaty on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness, and Response (Pandemic Treaty) that is currently being negotiated and due to be signed by May 2024;

and that...

• In parallel to the Pandemic Treaty drafting process, hundreds of amendments have been proposed by 16 member states to the International Health Regulations (IHRs), which govern the conduct of countries and provide the legal framework for the WHO to exercise its powers;

I find it very hard to believe that...

• Parliament has neither discussed nor debated the amendments to 5 Articles of the IHR that were adopted by the 75th World Health Assembly on May 27, 2022 and states have 18 months to opt out of these amendments;

as certainly...

• The outcomes of these efforts will give legally binding, “emergency” powers to the WHO, with potential far-reaching impacts on the lives, health and human rights of Canadians; and

I want you to know that I too believe...

• Canada must be careful not to agree to anything that could give away our sovereignty on health care, even if there is tremendous international pressure to do so for the sake of pandemic preparedness.

It is worrisome to me that what appears as the most recent reference to the World Health Organization (WHO) on the list of topics discussed in your committee (HESA)  goes back to 2021 and deals with TAIWAN's application to join the WHO... but we are now at a point where we need to determine what CANADA's best interests are moving forward. Please compare the degree of BigPharma and B & M Gates Foundation funding in the World Health Organization against the total LACK of corporate funding in the newly evolving alternative organization the World Council for Health. It is refreshing to find an organization that is open and transparent, that is truly following where the science leads, wide open to the public by means of regular seminars and general assemblies - free from the compulsion felt when BigPharma pulls the strings. It is imperative that HESA discusses the pros and cons of keeping Canada enrolled within the WHO when the latter is poised to once again issue top-down directives upon all member states. Just like directives on any matter from Ottawa seem out out of touch with what local needs might be in Gander, or in the Qikiqtaaluk Region, or in Prince Rupert or any other place with its own particularities, how can you as HESA members simply assume that lockstep WHO directives for the next pandemic that Dr. Bill Gates seems to be gleefully predicting, alongside of the entire collection of globalist alphabet agencies including the WHO+UN+WEF+CFR etc. will be the "best medicine" for Canadians coast to coast to coast? For an example... even the 105 km distance between Edmonton bureaucrats and firefighters in Drayton Valley has interfered with smooth operations to mitigate that emergency...with the bureaucrats ordering the evacuation of all citizens including those with water trucks and other equipment useful to the firefighting efforts. How then can someone like Dr. Tedros and his Pharma-captured organization recommend what is the best and safest for citizens in every possible drastically different regional setting? As we are now finding, all the hype about the proven safety and efficacy of the Covid-19 vax, was nothing but propaganda, just like the fear mongering about the COVID-19 illness also does not stand up to scientific scrutiny. As democratically elected officials, you are all too aware of how fragile and necessary the principle of accountability is. Just like Britain pulled out of the EU because of how unresponsive the EU bureaucrats were to Britain's needs, Canada is finding that Big Corp backed pan-national organizations and their leaders, once in place, are truly not accountable for their decision making, the consequences be damned!

How soon can this 2-part topic be added to the HESA agenda in order to push for a debate on these matters in the House of Commons & Senate?

a) Ensuring that Canada does NOT remain a signatory to a top-down one-world-controlled pandemic (or any type of global emergency) plan

b) having Canada pull out of the WHO and instead align itself with the alternative.

I note that MP Erskine-Smith has put forth a Private Members' Bill, Bill C-293, An Act respecting pandemic prevention and preparedness

and I applaud the desire to find a Made in Canada approach to managing major outbreaks of illness/pandemics in the future. I will share some thoughts on the proposed contents of that bill separately [see the next post on this Substack] so I can keep the focus here on the short term suggestions I have for your next meeting agenda.

Thank you for signing on to the HESA committee.  It certainly has turned out to be a huge commitment. We can tell by the record of your previous meetings that you care deeply for health, in particular for the health of children. Now the government needs to come up with plans to mitigate the harms of pharma-driven policies. 

The need is great to

1. outlaw any further use of mRNA vaccines in Canada  (vaccines that do not inoculate the body against a pathogen but hijack the body cells to instead produce foreign proteins with toxic and potentially deadly effects)

2. provide information to all Canadians re: the very real concept of sublicinal symptoms -- more and more with each dose of mRNA shots - i.e. people may well be unaware of the various biomarkers for stroke, for neurological disorders, etc. within their bodies, because they FEEL FINE, unaware that vax related developments are underway such that they may suddenly drop dead because of the shot months or years afterward. Given the existence of medically proven protocols to loosen the powers of these foreign vax-generated protein related toxins, it would be negligent of your committee not to insure that Canadians receive this information.

3. mandate and fund autopsies that stain for spike protein - the ultimate way to show if there was a correlation between the rising all cause mortality statistics and the vax
